Welcome to NavodayApp. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

By registering on NavodayApp, accessing course materials, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is intended for students preparing for the Navodaya Vidyalaya Entrance Exam (JNVST), primarily those aged 10–13, under the guidance of parents/guardians. By using the service, you confirm that:

If you are under 18, you are doing so with parental or guardian consent.
3. User Accounts
To access most features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not share your account with others or impersonate another user.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Use of the Platform

Not to copy, distribute, modify, or republish any course material without written permission.

Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform or its users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments and Refunds

Access to certain courses, batches, or test series requires payment.

Video courses and batch admissions come with a 15-day no-questions-asked refund policy.

Test series purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 8–10 working days of approval.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on NavodayApp — including but not limited to videos, quizzes, reading materials, logos, design, and code — is the intellectual property of NavodayApp or its content partners.
Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of any material is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
NavodayApp and its team are not liable for:

Any learning outcomes, examination results, or admission decisions.

Service interruptions or data loss due to technical errors, maintenance, or force majeure events.
Use the Platform at your own discretion and risk.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page regularly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
