1. Video Courses and Batch Admissions

We offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all video courses and batch admissions.

  • If you are not satisfied with your course, you can request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • Refund requests can be made by writing to us at info@navodayapp.com with your registered details and order ID.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method/account within 8–10 working days after approval.


2. Test Series

Purchases of test series are non-refundable.

  • Once a test series has been purchased, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

  • We recommend reviewing the details of the test series carefully before making a purchase.


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request for eligible purchases:

  1. Email us at info@navodayapp.com

  2. Include your registered name, contact number, and order ID

  3. Mention the product/course for which you are requesting a refund


4. Additional Notes

  • Refunds are only applicable if the request is made within the specified time window.

  • Repeated refund requests from the same user may be subject to review and denial.

  • NavodayApp reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
