1. Video Courses and Batch Admissions
We offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all video courses and batch admissions.

If you are not satisfied with your course, you can request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method/account within 8–10 working days after approval.
2. Test Series
Purchases of test series are non-refundable.

Once a test series has been purchased, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

3. How to Request a Refund
